The friendly staff and service. I was allowed to leave my bags for the day and when I came back I was allowed to shower!

Breakfast and location

Room facilities are very outdated! The room was very small. The bed was very old and barely fit in the room. The bathroom - oh well!

We stayed 1 night in Hostal Residencia, in Ibiza. The room was a bit small but it had everything we needed, nice shower and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and most helpful.

I loved the infinite kindness of the team who welcomed us! I liked the fact that they took great care of us. A special thank you for the possibility of leaving your luggage on the last day + the possibility of showering and using the toilets even though you have already checked out. I really liked the location. We are close to everything, even buses that can transport us throughout the island.

We didn't see (our fault) that there was no elevator.
